Welcome to join to the movement and lets start Sweden-China up!

We invite young and old, established and beginner, in our endeavour to create a more accessible and integrated start-up community between Sweden and China.

We are an open movement and welcome anyone to join our teams, but to demonstrate your genuine interest we ask you to send an application stating why you wish to join along with your expectations. (NOTE: All volunteers from project leaders to officers works on a voluntary basis without payment.)

Vacancies

There are two country project groups and each group has five departments.

For each department, you can become an officer working together with the Manager of the department or as the Manager, leading your own team of officers. Specific tasks will be set by the officers and the Managers themselves upon recruitment. You can also apply to the Project Management as Project Leader, Project Manager or Project Secretary, and will then be responsible for the management of the other four departments

– Project Management –

The Project Management is made up by three project leaders of one country group. Together they and manage and direct the different departments.

– Operations –

In Operations you will be responsible for the logistics and coordination of the actual event itself, as well as the activities at the forum runs smooth.

– Corporate Communications –

Corporate Communications are responsible for the communication and outreach to other organisations and to ensure their participation and support during the event.

– Marketing & Marketing –

Media & Marketing is responsible for the marketing, media and outreach prior to and during the forum, as well for producing all the graphic and designed material, including updating social media and the website.

– Funding –

Funding is responsible for finding sponsors and funds for the project, to track the economy and report its economic result after the event.

Please NOTE that all Managers and officers are working on a voluntary basis, this on their spare time. You will work in departments with specific areas and tasks of responsibility. Apart from attending 1-2 hour meetings every second week, the workload will depend on your own efficiency to complete assigned tasks.
